Terms of Use

1. Who we are

This website (rubycube.eu) is operated by Rubycube Studio, owned by Deniss Raider FIE (sole proprietor), registered in Estonia under reg. code 17514430, based in Tallinn. Throughout this document, "Rubycube," "we," "us," and "our" refer to this entity.

2. Using this site

You're welcome to browse, read, link to, and share rubycube.eu. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Don't try to break, scrape at scale, reverse-engineer, or otherwise abuse the site or its forms. Don't use the contact forms to send spam, illegal content, or anything that infringes someone else's rights.

3. Content & intellectual property

All content on this site — text, design, code, illustrations, case-study imagery — is owned by Rubycube or its respective rights-holders and is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. Case-study imagery may include client work shown with permission; ownership of that work belongs to the client unless stated otherwise.

You may quote short excerpts with attribution. You may not reproduce substantial portions of the site, or use it to train a commercial AI model, without our written permission.

4. Contact forms & data

When you submit a form (contact, start-a-project, or the live widget), we use the information you provide to reply to you and discuss possible work. We don't sell or share it with third parties. See the Privacy Policy for details on how your data is handled.

5. No warranty

The site is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we make no guarantees that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

6. Links to other sites

The site may link to third-party websites (e.g. client case studies, tooling, social platforms). We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be noted in the page's effective date — your continued use of the site after that constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Estonia, unless applicable EU consumer-protection rules grant you the right to a different jurisdiction.
